SalesWorkspace

Next Monday,
your team uses
what you built.

A live weekend workshop where sales leaders build and deploy a working AI tool in 9 hours, with zero coding experience.

The Honest Pitch

There are two kinds of sales leaders right now.

Those two people are not competing for the same future. SalesWorkspace is for the second kind.

Your Instructors

Sudip Dutta

25 years running global sales and go-to-market across 4 continents. Built AI-led sales products at Relatas before AI became a trend. Now building a third AI product to transform how sales professionals prepare for and execute real deals.

Bias for what works in real deals, not theory.

Naveen Paul

Ex-YC AI builder who turns real sales workflows into working systems. Designs agents, prompts, and tools that sales professionals can use in day-to-day deal execution.

Focused on making AI practical, embedded, and repeatable, not experimental.

The Transformation

Before Saturday

I keep telling my team to use AI.

  • Read every article. Shipped nothing.
  • Your reps use whatever tool they find.
  • You explain AI. You do not demonstrate it.

After Sunday

I built a working AI workflow.

  • Built and shipped in 9 hours.
  • Customized for your exact sales motion.
  • Opened Monday with a live demo.

Early Participants

"I have sat through every AI webinar for the past two years. Nothing changed until this weekend. I walked into our QBR on Monday with a live tool. My CEO asked who built it. That was a good moment."

SVP Sales, Global Accounts

"I did not know what a terminal was on Friday evening. By Sunday I had deployed something to a live URL. I now tell my team: if I can do this, you have no excuse."

Head of Enterprise Sales, EMEA

"I am 48 and have been in enterprise sales my whole career. I assumed this was for people who grew up with this stuff. By Sunday I had built something my 30-year-old reps are now asking me to teach them."

VP Enterprise Sales

"My teenage daughter has been trying to explain AI to me for two years. After this weekend I sent her the URL of what I built. She said 'Dad, you actually get it now.' That was worth more than the tool itself."

Sales Director, Enterprise Technology

"I had used ChatGPT. I had built things on Loveable. I thought I knew what AI could do. Building something from scratch in a domain I actually know — Sales — was a completely different experience. That is when I understood what I had been missing."

What You Ship

You name the problem. We help you build the fix.

A sales dashboard built the way you think. Deal prioritisation on your rules, not the CRM's. Account research that runs before every call. You name the problem. We help you build the fix.

The reveal is Saturday morning. The deploy is Sunday afternoon. The reaction is Monday.

The Weekend

Two focused half-days. Light on your weekend. Heavy on the outcome.

Saturday

Understand and Build

You arrive knowing nothing about building AI tools. You leave Saturday with a working first version on your laptop.

No theory. No long intros. You are building from the first hour.

  1. Why AI is reshaping sales faster than any other function
  2. Your first real conversation with Claude. How to give it instructions it actually follows.
  3. Build session: zero to working prototype
  4. Done. First version runs. You see it work.

Sunday

Customize and Ship

You take what you built Saturday. You make it yours. Your product. Your ICP. Your team's language.

Then you deploy it to a live URL before the session ends.

  1. Customize: bake your sales context into the tool
  2. Deploy: your tool goes live on a shareable URL
  3. Test it with real deals from your own pipeline
  4. Everyone demos their live tool to the group. Done. Link in hand. Ready for Monday.

Two instructors. You will not get stuck and sit there. Nobody leaves Sunday without a working, deployed tool.

Who This Is For

You belong here if:

  • You lead a sales team and want to be the one who brings AI to them, not the one watching from the side
  • You have used ChatGPT but never shipped anything you would show your team
  • You want to understand AI by building with it, not reading about it
  • You are willing to give 9 hours of a weekend for a Monday that looks different

Who This Is Not For

This is not for you if:

  • You want slides, certificates, and nothing live to show for it
  • You are looking for prompt templates you could find free online
  • You are not in a sales role
  • You want theory. This is a build workshop.

FAQ

Do I need to know how to code?

No. You give instructions in plain English. If you can write a sales email, you can build this tool.

How is 9 hours enough to build something real?

Because you are not starting from scratch. You have Sales domain knowledge. You know what works and are customizing something that already works. Our job is to make sure you cross the finish line before Sunday ends.

What exactly do I build?

We keep this as a reveal for Saturday morning. Practical. Sales-specific. Runs on a live URL. Your team will use it, not admire it.

Can my company pay for this?

Yes. We can issue a proper invoice. Most sales leaders expense this under training and enablement.

What do I need?

A laptop and a stable internet connection. We handle the rest in a setup session before Saturday.

What if I get stuck mid-build?

Two instructors. Someone is with you in minutes. Nobody leaves without finishing.

Is this bootcamp online or in-person?

Fully online, live on Zoom. Runs Saturday and Sunday, 10 AM to 2:30 PM IST with breaks in-between. You'll join from wherever you are, building in real time alongside the instructors. All sessions are recorded and shared as backup.

I've never used a terminal before. Will I struggle?

Not at all, that's expected. We run a dedicated setup session before the bootcamp to walk you through terminal basics, Git, and Claude Code step by step. By the time the bootcamp starts, you'll be ready. During the sessions, the ratio is 2 instructors for participants, so help is always within reach.

Do I need any programming experience?

No. This is built for non-technical professionals. You don't need to know how to code, you need to know how to think in problems and outcomes. We handle the technical setup upfront so you can focus on building.

Why not just use ChatGPT or Lovable or Rocket or Emergent?

Tools like ChatGPT are great for prompts. Tools like Lovable are great for quick builds. But neither teaches you how to orchestrate multiple AI agents working across tools, files, and workflows. This bootcamp focuses on that layer, so you can use any tool more effectively.

What's the refund policy?

We don't offer refunds. The cohort is intentionally small and requires significant preparation from the instructors. If you're unsure about fit, reach out before registering, we're happy to discuss.

The Decision

Nine hours this weekend. A leadership moment on Monday.

Your team has never seen you build something before.
